Umbrella Group is a theatrical production company aiming to challenge and inspire its audiences through a broad spectrum of creative talents and performance styles.

The company provides a framework of artistic, technical, and fundraising support to performance projects in the Milwaukee area that might otherwise go unrealized.

We strive to provide a creative environment for artists to learn, develop, broaden, and practice their craft, by establishing and maintaining a non-profit arts organization dedicated to the production of high quality performance experiences for both artists and audience.

We're raising money for our upcoming production of EXTREMITIES, running May 7th-23rd at the Helfaer Studio Theatre. This production is in partnership with The Healing Center of Milwaukee, a local organization that supports people who have been victims of sexual violence. This production seeks to present a powerful and realistic depiction of sexual violence on one woman and the extreme lengths she willing to go to protect herself.

We are raising money to:

  • 1. Compensate the wonderfully talented local artists who are graciously giving their time to produce meaningful work in this city
  • 2. Support the Healing Center, which works tirelessly to holistically support men and women who fall victim to sexual violence.

Every little bit helps, and whatever you are able to give will be so greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for supporting our mission!
